Information for Authors Submitting Manuscripts
Dear author,
If your abstract has been accepted, you should submit your Final Paper. A maximum of two papers will be accepted for each participant.

Please, use the following denomination for your file: TKS11_Name.doc. (Please, take into account that your paper might be lost if you do not use the denomination.)
You are kindly asked to mention the conference topic for your paper in the subject of your email and at the top of your paper.

In order to ensure an adequate standard, all full papers will be double-blind reviewed (please read our Review policy http://conference2011.masterprof.ro/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=14&Itemid=14)
For authors whose first language is not English we request that you have your work proof read prior to submission by a fluent English speaker. Papers can be rejected due to a poor standard of English.
The most innovative Papers selected for publication following the peer-review process will be published (electronically) in Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal (ISSN: 1877-0428) by ELSEVIER (www.elsevier.com) and will be indexed ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
The rest of the accepted papers are to be published in the Journal of Educational Sciences and Psychology of the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti, which is indexed in the international databases Copernicus and EBSCO. In Romania, the journal is indexed CNCSIS B+.
The content of the proposed paper should display the following structure:
- Introduction, to explain the background work, the practical applications and the nature and purpose of the paper
- Body, to contain a definite message, with clear lines of thought and validation of the techniques described
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
- References
- Appendices (when appropriate).
The paper will have exactly 5 (five) pages, within the Procedia template. See the Procedia S+BS Template and Procedia S+BS Author Guidelines for the requirements of publishing.
Each corresponding author whose work was selected for publication in the Procedia needs to adequately fill in and sign the Procedia S+BS Copyright Form. This will be scanned and emailed together with the revised final paper to the conference secretariat ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) by 29th December 2010.
Each corresponding author whose work has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Educational Sciences and Psychology of the PG University of Ploiesti needs to sign the Copyright Statement, revise the paper according to the reviewers' recommendations and send both the Statement and the revised final paper to the conference secretariat ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) by 31st January 2011.
Please keep in mind that papers are not to be considered for publication in either of the volumes if the scanned receipt that proves the payment of your conference fee is not included in the Registration Form and submitted by 23rd December 2010 (included).
In order to make the conference more accessible to educators who would not otherwise be able to participate, a limited amount of financial support is available to researchers/teachers who experience difficulty in obtaining financial support to attend. The authors of the accepted papers can apply for a participation grant.
